Comfort Care HHA, Inc.

Comfort Care Home Health Agency, Inc. was started in 1996 by local nurses, Kim Crockett, RN and Georgia Hall, LPN. We provide skilled nursing services, physical, occupational, and speech therapies, and home health aide service in the home. Our nursing services include IV's, lab draws, catheter and feeding tube changing, diabetic teaching including insulin injections, dressing changes, colostomy and tracheostomy care, medication teaching, incision care, staple & suture removal, and many other services not listed.

Nurses are on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Our physical therapists are skilled in all areas of therapy including knee and hip replacements, strokes, fractures, and the list goes on.

Occupational therapy specializes in improving the function, strength, and range of motion of the shoulder, arm and hand regions. Our speech therapists work closely with clients to help them overcome swallowing and speech deficits. The home health aide assists clients with personal care until they are able to resume their own activities of daily living.

These services are paid fully by Medicare, Medicaid, and most private insurances at no charge to the patient.

We work closely with the client's physician and assist in communication between the physician and the patient.

The areas we serve are as follows: All of Ripley County and parts of Butler, Carter, and Oregon.

The towns we cover are: Doniphan, Gatewood, Oxly, Naylor, Poynor, Grandin, Fairdealing, Currentview, Briar, Ponder, Handy, Hunter and parts of Harviell & Neelyville.
